Sold in packs of 2, the new Puremax Pro4 cartridges can hold up to 4mL of liquid, which can be refilled at the front using a new, ultra-precise Anti-Leak system. They come with an MTL Drip-Tip that can be kept to switch between cartridges.

The PX35 version in 0.4 ohms is only compatible with the Puremax 2 and Puremax Q kits.
